focuses on optimising the management of Value Streams in an organisation.
The application allows users to assess their organisation’s “Leanness”,
develop current and future Value Stream Maps, identify improvement
activities, generate implementation plans and manage these plans across
the organisation. This is facilitated throughout through the use of
wizards.
